Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in Otley

I lead classes (most days) workshops, retreats, workplace yoga and 1-2-1s in Otley and Leeds West Yorkshire. I teach with warmth and kindness so that every single body can find what they need through their practise. I am also a Dru Dance Teacher leading dance workshops from time to time in Yorkshire and I teach yoga nidra.
