Yoga is the love of my life and I have been a practitioner for many years. I have been so lucky to have many different teachers over these years. I hold teaching Diplomas with the British Wheel and Dru Yoga diplomas, for yoga and meditation . I believe yoga is not just for on your mat but throughout your day, it's about living your yoga. Dru helps you find yourself and inner peace. I teach because I love it and want to share all I have learnt and the richness it gives to ones life.
