Hilary Bichovsky
Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in Manchester

I have been teaching Dru for fourteen years and I continue to love it - the movements are graceful, enjoyable. The sessions are fun and sociable and at the same time of deep benefit to people in helping them get back to their still centre, and to enjoy the benefits of a deep relaxation.

Through Yoga we can come to experience the truth of who and what we are. Dru yoga is a particularly beautiful and approachable form of yoga.

During lockdown I am teaching classes at the same time - Monday morning and Tuesday evening - as described below. Regular drop in classes for the general public Mondays 10 to 1130, with optional half hur meditation afterwards, and Tuesdays 6 to 7 at Chorlton Unitarian Church. I also teach dru yoga classes for people with cancer. Flowing and energising sessions, plenty of deep relaxation. Time to stretch, strengthen and relax, as well as enjoy beautiful Dru postures and sequences. All welcome. All sizes and shapes welcome - I myself am a bit fat.

I also work 121 developing yoga programmes for individuals, and within South Manchester can travel to your own home to tutor you there.

Testimonials
'That was amazing, I feel really restored to my own self'
'I can't tell you how much this has improved my sleep'
'This has really helped the lymphodoema in my arm'
