I am passionate about helping people find the best within themselves Dru Yoga is so accessible to everyone regardless of age or level of fitness. It is magic ! I have been teaching Dru Yoga since 2000 and I have been training people to become Dru Yoga teachers since 2006. My dream is to have Dru yoga in schools and doctors surgeries!
Dru Yoga classes at Otley Tues 6.45 - 8.15, Wed 7.15 - 8.45 Thurs 9.30 -11.00 at Croft House Yoga Studio Station Road. LS21 3HX Otley I also offer 1 2 1 sessions, and sport specific yoga training. Small friendly classes (max 12 students) in a beautiful clean studio at the top of my house.
