Janet Cross Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in Ashburton Canterbury New Zealand
I've been teaching Dru yoga for 7 years, having graduated in 2012, and I love it. I completed my Dru Meditation teacher training in 2014, I love how this has deepened my teaching and my life generally. The Post Grad course I completed in April 2018 has further enriched my practice and teaching, I love sharing what I've learnt on this course.
My classes are held Tuesday 5.45pm -7.15pm,
Wednesday 10.30am- 12pm
Thursday 7 - 8.30pm.
All my classes are held at the Tinwald Catholic Church hall,
52 Thomson St, Ashburton
Classes are suitable for all levels of experience and physical abilities. My focus is on empowering students in all ways and to help them build their own strength, balance and flexibility in a nurturing and fun environment. A great relaxation at the end of class is always a must.
