I have been teaching in one form or another for more than 20 years, initially in the sports and leisure area, then Line Dancing (I know!!), and now Yoga & Qi Gong.

I've been practising Yoga for quite a few years on and off, and came across Dru Yoga by chance. I love its gentle nature, concentration on the breath and slow moves. There is no competition with Dru, there is no beginners, intermediate or advanced classes, yes some postures are more difficult than others, but there are always modifications, so it is a very inclusive form of Yoga. Together with the Energy Block Release Sequences, there really is something for everyone in Dru Yoga.
If I can do it, so can anyone!

I also teach Qi Gong. This lovely gentle form of exercise compliments Dru Yoga, as it too focuses on the breath, mindfulness and primarily slow movements.

I also teach a weekly Qi Gong Classes:

Wednesdays, 10-11am, The Killie Browser, Kilmarnock Train Station, Kilmarnock, KA1 2AF - £5

I am also available for small group and one to one session in my garden cabin, for both Qi Gong and Dru Yoga.
