I have been studying yoga for over twenty years, and have taught through some of that, having done my initial teacher training in 2005, then my latest in 2016...and of course, continuing to learn! We're never finished learning, are we? That's what I love about yoga - there are so many branches of the beautiful tree to explore. I've worked in various environments, and in the care sector, where I've seen how yoga can help people cope with their week in a positive way.

I teach in the south side of Glasgow, in Netherlee and in Pollokshields. It's been said that my classes are very relaxing, and this might be because I tend to use breath and body combined, cultivating awareness, stillness and relaxation. It's interesting because I go gently, yet the effect is often quite powerful...which is what I love about Dru!
