I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years now and was introduced to Dru Yoga 10 years ago when I moved to Honiton. Having completed the Dru Yoga teacher training course in 2019 I now teach 2 classes in Honiton, East Devon.
My health and wellbeing is important to me but with a busy job, it can sometimes be overlooked. Yoga is my go to remedy for a great physical workout that also releases the stresses of modern day living.
I am privileged to now be able to share my passion for a healthier and happier lifestyle with others.
My classes are held on Tuesday evenings at Honiton Methodist Church in Chapel Lane, EX14 9HJ. I offer a Beginners class from 6 - 7pm suitable for people with no experience of yoga previously. A second class from 7.15pm - 8.30pm is suitable for people who have some experience.
I aim to lighten your load at the end of a busy day with movement that can be as gentle or energetic as you want it to be; a flowing sequence that re-energises you, engaging your mind as well as your body and with a relaxation to finish that will send you home feeling refreshed and peaceful.
