I am a qualified Dru yoga and Dru Meditation teacher, I look forward to sharing my passion and enthusiasm with you in my classes.
Being outdoors with my dog and family is one of my favourite past time, as well my own yoga And meditation practice.
I have been practising yoga for over 25 years, which started as an escapism from the stresses of a young family.
My practice has given me the tools needed to focus on the positives of everyday life and the challenges it may bring. To find the stillness that we all crave and to balance a busy life as a working mum.
I am currently running weekly classes:
Monday evening in Thornhill Dewsbury 6.15pm-7.30pm
Tuesday evening in Cleckheaton 6.15pm-7.30pm
Wednesday Morning in Morley 9.30am-10.30am0
Wednesday evening in Morley 6.15pm-7.15pm
Wednesday evenings in Mirfield 8.00pm- 9.15pm
Thursday Afternoon in Cleckheaton 12.45pm-2.00pm
Thursday evening in Cleckheaton 6.30-7.45pm
I can also offer 1-1 sessions online, from the comfort of your home or in the studio

My classes are designed to introduce individuals to the benefits of Dru yoga. To bring a feeling of wellbeing and a calmness to each person through postures, breathing practice, energy block release sequences that are unique to Dru and a wonderful relaxation to finish every class.
My friendly, warm environment allows people to feel benefits of this beautiful practice both physical and mental in a non-competitive manner.
Dru yoga is for everybody and for every body!
