My life has been filled with adventure, love, mystery and discovery into Being Human.

I love infusing my teaching with the experience I've gained from 17 years as a manual and movement therapist.

I love making each class an adventure into the physical body.

Secretly, I hope that if you come on the journey with me into the physical and energetic layers of the body, YOU will become just as curious and 'nerdy' as I am about Being Human!

Those who seek me out want to inhabit their bodies, hearts and minds more deeply, and connect with ‘their’ tribe.

My classes typically consist of:
* some self-massage with tennis balls/rollers
* very fun (and funny) activations
* music that moves you
* exquisitely fluid, slow and delicious Dru sequences, movements and postures
* sensory experiences of breath & energy
* insights into anatomy, physiology, the myo-fascial system, the nervous system and what goes on under the skin
* an extra long & nurturing relaxation
* connection with the most beautiful and supportive heart-seekers like you!

Thanks to Covid-19, you can participate in my classes from wherever you are now!

We meet online via Zoom every week:
Dru Yoga classes are Tuesday evenings 6-7.30pm and Thursday mornings 8-9.30am.
Foam roller class Thursdays 6-7pm.

Every month there will be an opportunity for a face to face class, where we can socialise with each other & get those all important hugs we've been missing!
