I started going to Dru Yoga classes in 2015. My curiosity about the many health benefits I received from these lessons made me enroll in the Dru Yoga Teaching Training in 2017. After a year of teaching as a student teacher from home and in my work place, I have now started out teaching weekly classes in Mitchell. I invite everyone to try this gentle yet potent form of mind/body yoga and look forward to meeting you.

1.5 hour classes weekly for everyone. Each lesson involves a warm-up, some strengthening and stretching, classic yoga postures and sequences (with modifications where desired) and a 25 minute deep relaxation. The space is comfortable and there is no dress code, just wear something that you feel good in and that allows free movement.
