My passion for yoga started many years ago. Then I discovered Dru Yoga which took me on a journey into myself and then onto becoming a yoga teacher.

Over 14 years of teaching experience and running my own small studio, has given me the opportunity to work with many different groups of people. Taking yoga to corporate groups, mental health areas, seniors and anyone who wants to enjoy a class at my studio. My passion now is for all people to be able to feel safe strong and comfortable in their own bodies. My mantra is breathe, relax and revitalise.

Yoga with Fiona is a gentle flowing form of yoga that works through movement, breathing and meditation to improve flexibility, strength and encourage a relaxation response in the body.

Taking time to enjoy the movement of ones own body and its limitations enables us to build strength, flexibility and most important a sense of calm.
I take an individual approach when teaching by modifying postures to suit people needs . Class sizes are small and comfortable
The continual feedback I receive is "I feel calm, my body feels better and I always sleep well after a class."
