Our approach to breathwork is simple, safe, and effective, making it suitable for individuals of any age and health status. This allows for easy adoption of the practice as a long-term tool for overall well-being.
Our unique offering
Our combined Breath and Pranayama offering is unique in that it offers a comprehensive approach to breath coaching. In this level 1, you will become a certified Dru breath coach.
You’ll learn how to use the breath as an activating, balancing, and relaxing tool to help others manage their nervous system and improve their health and well-being. You will also be taught how to use breathwork as a coaching modality.
From body to soul
Once you’re certified, you'll qualify to enrol in our level 2 program, which will be offered later in the year.
In that advanced training, you will learn how to guide others on a journey of personal and spiritual transformation using the breath, becoming a certified ‘Dru breath and Pranayama Master Coach’.
Level 2 is more focused on yogic breathing principles and practices and is ideal for coaches who want to help their clients achieve personal transformation.
Together, these two levels offer a truly comprehensive and transformative breath coaching experience.
Our teaching team brings a wealth of professional experience and expertise in coaching, yoga, meditation, pranayama, and breathwork to the course. For the duration of these 11 days you'll receive daily pre-recorded self-study content and participate in four live sessions on Zoom, ensuring a well-rounded and comprehensive learning experience.
In addition to the daily videos and the 4 live sessions, you will have three breathing practices to complete each day.
One practice will be done in the morning upon waking, one anytime during the day, and one in the evening. These practices will take about 5 minutes each and are designed to help you integrate the concepts and techniques you are learning into your daily life.
