When you're staying with us at Snowdonia Mountain Lodge it's important that we know of any health conditions or special needs that might affect our ability to ensure you have the happiest and healthiest time with us.

We usually have gluten-free, dairy free, and vegan options. Please let us know if you have any other allergies which may be a risk to your health. Please also be aware that we cannot guarantee that our kitchen can meet your needs. You will need to be proactive to inform cooks, enquire about food ingredients for each meal. Whilst we will do our best to prepare food which is suitable for you, we require you to be self responsible in ensuring that you do not eat anything which contains an allergen for you.

Please give details of any physical or psychological issues which may affect your enjoyment of your visit, or your ability to engage in 6 hours of seva daily. Let us know if you have any joint problems, are pregnant, have post-viral fatigue or anything that affects your energy, focus or ability to do certain tasks.
