Your voice reflects your unique personality. The sound you make and the way you use your voice reflect your self-image, which is why it is so valuable to learn how to realise the full potential of your natural voice.
On this 4-day retreat, you will learn to work with your beautiful voice through the practice of sacred sound and kirtan.
Kirtan is a living experience of call-and-answer singing of Sanskrit mantras. When we create a connection through our combined voices singing as one, we experience a sense of unity.
The word ‘kirtan’ comes from Sanskrit and means to ‘praise the divine’. Originally practised as a way for Yogis to communicate with the divine, the ancient art of kirtan is as old as the practice of yoga.
