The field of social prescribing is growing each year, and you can be part of helping society master self-help approaches to common health conditions – which these days are so prevelant in our classes!
Tonight we’ll be exploring some of the fundamentals of this, as well as showing you how the Back Care and Mental Wellbeing course can make a huge contribution to your teaching.
We’ll discuss the training you need to offer easy-to-apply yoga approaches to these conditions, giving you the capability to work within the NHS*, corporate settings and any yoga class environment.
This course also gives you a certification in Trauma Aware yoga.
We’ll be answering questions on how this course will give you the tools to make a difference for people in a class setting – and of course in your own life and in your friendship and family circles.
