Discover yoga’s vast resources for strong energy and immunity. In this course, you’ll learn to build your energy and immunity by enhancing the vitality of five key organ groups. You’ll lay the foundations for a radiant energy body, as well as strong emotional balance and resilience. And if you are a qualified yoga teacher (from any tradition) you have the option to become a Dru Yoga Vitality Mentor.

Part 1 – Become Your Own Personal Vitality Coach
Sunday 16 – Friday 21 March
Tune into your body’s state – physically, energetically and emotionally – and optimise five key organ groups that bring you vigour, vitality, immunity and emotional power and resilience.
- Lungs – build your immunity, pranic potency and the emotional powers resulting from transforming sadness or isolation into fullness and inner love.
- Liver – harness the body’s innate pharmacy and vitality centre and supercharge the prana of the five elemental forces in your body. Transform anger or irritation into potent forces for wisdom-based creativity and dynamic energy.
- Kidneys – Balance your adrenals and boost your body’s detox. Discover the inner strength that comes from radiant adrenals and the emotional powers that arise when you transform anxiety and fear into courage.
- Gut – Empower your 2nd brain and key source of immunity – the body’s largest source of seratonin. Learn to ignite the inner fires that activate your digestion and transform undigested life experiences from stuck emotions to a healthy, vibrant flow through your day.
- Brain and nervous system – Detox your brain, strengthen your nervous system and discover the hidden strengths you gain from toning the vagus nerve
If you are of normal energy and strength:
- Learn how to activate the full power of yoga asanas and Dru sequences.
- Harness Dru’s stronger side, using holds, resistance, flow and repetition – supercharged with cross-kosha techniques.
If you are experiencing lowered energy:
We will be providing you with a second track, since the techniques above could be too much for you. You’ll learn:
- How to practice Dru Yoga with gentle flow and potency
- “Homeopathic” movements incorporating visualisations and energy awareness to nourish your physical body
- Ways to activate the potent healing powers of your pranic and emotional bodies.
- How to listen to your body-wisdom so you can avoid over-exertion, which is actively harmful to your recovery
- If your energy is so low that you are likely to be experiencing brain fog during the sessions, please note that this course will most likely be too much for you. We recommend you reach out to a yoga therapist for caring, personalised attention.
Format:
Sunday: 1 hour live introduction from 6.30 to 7.30pm
Monday to Friday:
- All sessions are pre-recorded so you can fit them into your life pattern
- 1 hour morning yoga class introducing the key yoga practices and insights
- This yoga class will be accompanied by a second video guiding people with lower energy through the techniques
- 15 min mid-day breathing technique to fill each organ with vitality and prana
- 20 min evening meditation with a beautiful transformational meditative kriya for each organ group.
Wednesday and Friday – 7pm
- Live evening session with Q&As and further insights, as well as including the evening meditations above
- Wednesday: 7 – 7.45pm (you may want to allow extra time at the end, this session may extend)
- Friday: 7 – 8.15pm
Part 2 – Become a Yoga Vitality Coach (optional – for yoga teachers)
Sat 22 – Sun 23 March, 10.30am – 1.30pm
If you are a qualified yoga teacher, learn how to mentor your students, friends, colleagues to use this suite of techniques to build their energy, vitality and emotional balance and resilience
- Learn core principles of mentoring, assessment, listening, relationship-building to create a supportive atmosphere of transformational potential
- Discover ways to help people tune into their body-wisdom
- Explore key ways to vary yoga movements, visualisations and breath-work to suit the people involved, taking into account their:
- Available energy
- Ayurvedic personality type
- Ability to tune into their body-wisdom
- Sensitivity and capacity for visualisation and body-awareness
- Develop class plans for different groups or types of people
