The two parts of the Calm and Relax Coach Course equip you with tools to deeply relax, manage stress, and cultivate well-being, blending yoga, meditation, and holistic techniques for profound personal and community impact. And all in as little as 30 mins per day!

Part 1 gives you the tools to quickly become calm, relaxed and empowered, and your optional Part 2 trains you to coach others towards attaining calm and relaxation.

You’ll discover how to navigate life’s challenges with poise and tranquillity. We all have the capability to access a profound sense of well-being that resides within, waiting to be revealed. It really is possible: with the right practices and insights you have the power to stay calm in the face of adversity and change.
