Our highly enjoyable Open Days are a great way to explore what we offer at Snowdonia Mountain Lodge, relax with yoga and meditation, enjoy the food, the spectacular scenery and make new friends.

We’d love to welcome you on Saturday 19 October for a peaceful afternoon of relaxing and nurturing yoga and meditation in the stunning Nant Ffrancon Valley.

Afterward, join us for a fun and social time in our plant-based cafe for a delicious home-cooked food by celebrity chef Keith Squires – perfect for connecting with like-minded individuals, sharing experiences, and making new friends.

Experience the gentle and soothing flow of Dru Yoga in an immersive workshop. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our expert tutors will guide you on a journey of relaxation and stress relief.

Follow up with a deeply calming Dru Meditation session, designed to transport you to a state of tranquility and inner peace.

This charity event has a suggested donation of £10-£30 that will go to the World Peace Flame Foundation UK which provides free Medical Camps and Peace Education Programme for Schools (UK registered charity number: 1161432).
