Vision Boarding Workshop

For the first time, Anouschka is sharing this powerful method of manifestation that she has been using for many years to help you to get clear on your vision – and then get started on creating a life you love!

Winter is the perfect season for us to go inward and re-assess what’s working and how you would like it to be as you move forward. Maybe you simply want to adjust some unhelpful habits, or maybe you’re looking to completely over-haul your life!

• Learn the science behind why Vision Boards work

• Craft powerful statements that reinforce your Vision Board message
• Create your very own Vision Board ready for 2025!

Please note: These sessions will NOT be recorded for replay!!! If you cannot attend live this time please let us know and we will add you to a waiting list for the next workshop which we plan to run in Jan 2025. (This is because we want this to be personalised and interactive sessions rather than presentation style.)

Details:
Live on Zoom on Fri, 6th Dec and again on Sun, 8th Dec. Get inspired and create your very own masterpiece with expert guidance and group support. Please allow time (approx 2 hours) on Saturday 7th December to craft your own Vision Board.

• Fri, 6th Dec – 7pm-8.30pm – Live Zoom session on Friday evening. In this session we explore some of the theory behind the manifestation process. We will also experience how to create a future vision and also explore the different types of vision boards to prepare you to create your own board on Saturday.
• Sat, 7th Dec – In your own time on Saturday spend between 1-3 hours creating your vision board. There are two main approaches: First is a physical board using cut outs from magazines/ printed materials (eg colour printing) using scissors and glue and an a3 size card/ cork board. Alternatively you can use a computer (I’ll explain how) to design your board and then print it out later.
• Sun, 8th Dec – 10.30am-12 noon – On Sunday morning we will share some examples of your vision boards with the rest of the group. This way we can share our experiences and also explore the 3 keys to improve and refine our vision boards.

Workshop includes:
Two live Zoom sessions and a pop-up community group where you can share your insights and get inspiration from others. Samples, ideas and workbook provided via .pdf

The workshop is designed to be both theory and practical. That is why we have split up our event into 3 sections. Please ensure you attend the both of the live sessions to get the most out of your experience! These sessions will NOT be recorded.

If you are intending to create a physical Vision Board, you will need to start collecting magazines and/or ensure you have access to a colour printer On Saturday 7^th Dec. You will also need an A3 size cork board and pins, or A3 size card (and glue) or even a large picture frame on which to create your board.
