World Peace Flame Celebration
Join us for a garden party to celebrate 25 years of the WPF. The event will include live music, presentations, and refreshments.
One of our WPF ambassadors, Elspeth Johnston, is hosting a celebratory garden party on behalf of Dru Scotland at her home in Eaglesham (near Glasgow) where the Scottish World Peace Flame has been burning for the last 13 years.

Since the WPF was created back in 1999, Elspeth has been passionately sharing its message of hope and unity. And, this year, 2024 marks all the good work that has been accomplished over the last 25 years, globally and here in the UK.
Powerful action is when many individuals come together with a focus on peace, so come along with your families on the 4th of August for an afternoon that you’ll never forget!

Practical details
- Sunday 4th August, 2-5pm, Eaglesham
- This will be a donation-based event, but please confirm your attendance, just in case we need to let you know of any changes closer to the time.

- We will have a few sheltered areas in case of inclement weather, but please also bring your wet weather clothing/ umbrella, midge repellent, and perhaps a mat/blanket to sit on. Families welcome.
