Ayurveda as a natural healing system
Ayurveda offers a logical, tried and tested approach to health and healing. Thousands of years old, this traditional natural healing system explores a 5 star approach. This includes diet, lifestyle, yoga, meditation and natural therapies, supplements and like a compass it can give you the perfect direction you need to take in your life.

Discover your dosha
In Ayurveda, there are three constitution types or ‘doshas’. Finding your unique constitution gives you a way of developing an effective personal plan to bring you an abundance of health and vitality.
What you will learn about:
- background and philosophy of Ayurveda
- the elements and the doshas
- how to discover your dosha type
- how to recognise when your dosha is in balance and when it is not
- what diet, lifestyle, yoga, meditation and therapies are balancing and rejuvenating for you.

What will the programme include
We will share a combination of live sessions, pre recorded sessions and zoom group discussions to help you experience the many benefits of Ayurveda for your health and well being. Ask question to our experienced team of Ayurveda consultants and therapists
What will the weekend look like?
Saturday
We will start Saturday with a live session of yoga and relaxation.
This will be followed by a lecture on what Ayurveda is about and the dosha model. You can fill in the dosha questionnaire to help you clarify your spesific constitution. We will explore how to keep health and the importance of the agni and the digestive system in the afternoon. In the afternoon, join the team for a Q&A session to help answer any queries you have.
Join Keith for and extra cookery session for your evening meal as a bonus. We will send you recipes ahead of time in order to help with ingredients.
Sunday
Start your morning with with a yoga session of your choice from your course package (Vata, Pitta or Kapha). We will then explore the many benefits of Dinacharya (daily regime) and how to integrate this programme into your morning to help keep you strong and vibrant, especially at this time
This will be followed by a session on 'how to be the best dosha you can be' . We will have another Q&A to give you a chance for questions and answers with your Ayurveda tutors.
Expect the unexpected as we will add some other surprise elements into the mix!
