For the first time you can 'retreat with us at home'. Through online facilities, we will share live sessions, pre recorded sessions and enjoy group meetings to help you experience the many benefits of Ayurveda for your health and well being.

What will the weekend look like?


We will start Saturday with a live session fo yoga and relaxation. 

This will be followed by a lecture on what ayurveda is about and the dosha model. We will explore how to keep health and the importance of the agni and the digestive system in the afternoon. 

Join Keith for cookery session for your evening meal if you wish. We will send you recipes ahead of time in order to help with ingredients. 


Will start with a yoga session of your choice. We will then explore the many benefits of Dinacharya and how to integrate this daily routine into your activities to help keep you strong and vibrant, especially at this time

We will complete with how to be the best dosha you can be and a chance for questions and answers with your tutors.

Expect the unexpected  as we will add some other surprise elements into the mix!
