Spirituality of Yoga Course
The spirituality of yoga course and sangha have connected all the dots in my life and have given me a greater sense of connection to my Self and to all the beautiful souls around me.
I have just completed session 1 of the Swadharma Dru Dance Course and I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the dance. I already feel that I have started to develop some muscle memory and connection with the spirit of the dance. So well done, great teaching. Also great design of a very relevant and creative practice utilising ancient wisdom and symbology to open awareness of Swadharma. Perfectly right for me at this time.
Thank you and I am looking forward to the next sessions enthusiastically.
The Spirituality of Yoga course was very thought provoking and helpful. I think this will help me a lot as a teacher and also with my personal yoga practice.
What I enjoyed the most was learning the beautiful EBR 8.
This was different to any yoga I've done before; mindful and meaningful.
Discovering the love inside is amazing, discovering how to help others to discover that love inside themselves is stunning.
I have been doing Dru yoga along with my husband Alan Inglis for a number of years now and go to his classes. I have to say that Dru helped me get my strength and walking ability back after a very severe illness. I am a true fan.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Leaving feeling alive, grounded and rejuvenated.
I can feel myself changing as a person. I feel more confident and more loving. I have taken on a position of increased responsibility at work and have found the postures have increased my confidence. My patients tell me I am nicer.
I learned so much in my first module of the teacher training about Dru Yoga. I love the graceful, flowing movements and the way my body feels after a Dru yoga session. It is very different from any other style of yoga I have ever done. Your body feels more flexible and energised and your mind feels calm and relaxed. I loved every aspect of the course. It was well delivered with a good mix of theory and practical sessions each day. The books given as part of the course are excellent.
At home, you may not feel safe to fully express yourself. In a non-judgemental environment like this, everyone cares for you and wants you to be the happiest you can be.
What I'll take from today's yoga postgrad workshop:- A desire to now train as a Dru Yoga teacher, to complement and grow my original BWY teaching qualification. After 19 years, time to open the door to new and fresh stimulation to continue to grow on my yoga path.
I enjoyed trying different sessions during the day. I feel relaxed and content, open and calm!! Thank you.
The training is about so much more than the asanas, it is very holistic. The pace is at the right level, every asana is refreshed so you get the opporunity to learn how to do it correctly.
What I'll take away from today's postgrad workshop:- sharing with other yoga teachers from other yoga schools of yoga. Great explanation of the koshas and I'll add Salutation to the 4 Directions to my lessons.
