I enjoyed the waves of peace relaxation; lovely! Loved the kosha talk and flowing tree  and pear tree. Loved the kosha talk and flowing tree and pear tree! The opportunity simply to 'be' in a class, rather than analysing and reflecting on teaching style, alignment points etc. The workshop was enjoyable, relaxed and designed to nurture us!

Dru Yoga is like an onion, peeling the layers to discover who you are and want to be!

It’s like a spider's web - you can delve into so many facets of physical practice, to the food you eat, to your emotional well-being. All ending in the an amazing feeling of well-being.

The site looks professional and enticing with lots of visuals. I have done the Core Strength and Tree of Transformation - loved them both and the technology worked well.

Carolyn Bennett

Dru Teacher, Bristol

Participating in the course has helped me to go deeper and experience things about myself that I have not experienced before. It brought up emotions and has enabled me to find tools that help me to deal with them. I am a lot more confident in everything I do; I feel comfortable with myself, my life and now find that I am able to deal with everything which comes my way. My language has developed and I now feel confident to use words to try and take my students into experiencing all kosha levels.

I particularly enjoyed the bhima warrior posture and the vitality sequence. Also the story and explanation of stretches and muscles. Diaphragm exercise one I will definitely be doing.

Reflexologist, Axminster, Devon, UK

I liked the gradual building of positions into a sequence, so that you felt you had mastered each position before it became a sequence, which was very relaxing and confidence building. The workshop overall was friendly and welcoming, whatever level you are, whether you are a beginner or teacher. I was able to achieve positions I previously hadn't been able to because of the slow, precise instruction.

The workshop had a lovely atmosphere. I liked that we are encouraged to work within our personal limits and not over-push ourselves. Kind and gentle vibes. I particularly liked Padma's pear tree as so new and different. The workshop was well organised. A lovely focus on relaxation and breaking down postures into little bite size pieces. All the teachers had their own stye that worked positively to create a positive whole experience.

Nicky Cassell

Horticulture, Honiton, Devon

The workshop was friendly, stimulating and a nice venue. I enjoyed learning new postures, the different layers of postures, diaphragmatic breathing. It was very clear, a good pace, informative on all levels. Great kindness and care from all tutors.

There was lots of variation, some easy, some more challenging. Lots of explanation about how to move and the theory behind the moves. I love to know stuff :).

The experience of Dru Dance takes your Dru practice to another level: It’s exhilarating to feel the energy flow throughout a beautifully composed dance. It’s also great to get some deeper theoretical background which enables you to experience the dance on the different Kosha levels

SEN Teacher, Leeds
The Spirituality of Yoga Course was a beautiful oasis of calm in an otherwise quite stressful time. I felt held and nurtured by the tutors and the practices they offered us. The group developed into a real community of people upholding, supporting and gently challenging it's members to make a commitment to ourselves and our spiritual growth.
