The Advanced Practioner course has dramatically increased my awareness of the impact of movement and postures at each of the kosha levels. My practice is now much richer. I have a new toolkit to manage life's challenges. I am much more aware of the koshas in everyday life and have become a witness of reaction, behaviours and motivations. I know have a choice whether to accept these changes or redesign them if necessary.
As a yoga teacher, the course has developed my skills in using language to enrich the practice for students.

When I came along to a Youth course at Dru I didn’t really know what to expect as I had no prior experience with any yoga. But it was a really enjoyable experience and I’m glad I made the decision to go.
The people on the course were all really nice, and I’m friends with everyone I’ve met through the retreats.
Also, the food is really incredible, you will love it.
I’ve always had really tense back and shoulder muscles, resulting in poor posture and poor shoulder flexibility. Even though at first difficult if you stick with it you will eventually see results, as I have.
If you’re considering coming to a Dru Youth retreat I would recommend it, and I found it to be really worhwhile

I really enjoyed being amongst like-minded yogis. I enjoyed the moving posture work as it's not often I do postures I tend to do EBR[s or sequence work. I enjoyed the sequence this afternoon. I absolutely love all of these workshops and they keep me connected, both with new yogis and in my own body and mind. There was. very good mix of exercises, things to think bout and contributing verbally.

I am opening my classes again here in Norway after having been closed since 12th March.

Keith was such an inspiration with his delicious dishes and I felt very nourished by our shared meal. I especially enjoyed the creamed carrots and will definitely be making it for my family. Overall the Spirituality of Yoga course was amazing, the teaching was so professional and I particularly liked the session outside in nature it broke up teaching inside and you really felt that you were there in the Welsh Valley. Everything was very clearly presented and at a great pace there was a lot of depth and it would be good to go into this deeper in our zoom groups. It has been such a wonderful support and continues to be so with the Facebook and zoom  groups I personally do feel I need help to solidify my practice not only from this course but the meditation teacher training that I am currently on.
