The training is about so much more than the asanas, it is very holistic. The pace is at the right level, every asana is refreshed so you get the opporunity to learn how to do it correctly.

I really enjoyed the activations. The relaxation was particularly good. The segmented vitality sequence - very useful technique. I also enjoyed the simplicity of the flowing tree sequence. I enjoyed my day practicing Dru Yoga with a lovely group of people. Thank you Padma, Anne, Sue and Bob.
It has inspired me to be more disciplined with my practice and in addition, to think more deeply about its effect on me at all levels; I’ve learnt so much! The course has also enabled me to continue the process of unwinding, freeing up and reaching out to life!
I have gained more knowledge – I feel more confident. It’s given me a much wider vocabulary to take students into other koshas, to vary my teaching and experiment more.
What I'll take from this postgrad yoga workshop today:- integration of movement and emotions and the affirmations. Also developing asana work at a different pace.
What I enjoyed about this workshop was the dynamic relaxation - so relaxing I fell asleep! I liked the vitality sequence and useful explanations of the koshas. The workshop planning and presentation was of a high standard. Excellent balance of sessions. Thanks to all involved.
I love the way the tutors introduce us to the energy body and the chakras when teaching the asanas. I feel as I have used the EBRs, asanas and relaxation over the last few months that I have changed as a person. I feel more confident and more in touch with my true self. It is a lovely journey.
I was really delighted to be the recipient of the most wonderful Ayurveda massage while staying at the Lodge. I had travelled for hours from the north-east of Scotland, so my body was tired and I felt very ungrounded. Sandra gave me the most nurturing massage, which allowed me to rest very deeply and to sleep soundly afterwards. It was a little bit of heaven given by a very caring and attentive therapist. The room and the towels were warm and cosy and the smell of the oils divine. I felt very balanced and peaceful the next day. Thank you.
DYTT in a beautiful safe space in which to explore body and mind and come out sparkling! Peace of mind, awareness, grace and a sense of belonging are just a few of the results.
When I first saw the dance demo I didn’t believe I would be able to completely achieve it. My sense of achievement at having completed it has made me feel that I can now accomplish anything I set my mind to in my life. Break it down, repeat it and glue it together

What I'll take from today's yoga postgrad workshop:- Lovely sequences that can be adapted for all abilities, for myself and for my students.
The course has been so inspiring to me as an individual who was simply interested in yoga at the beginning. I have learned so much from the tutors and my peers and hope to share my learnings with lots of other people in my classes. The depth of the experience has been immense and has developed my passion for yoga philosophy and has made me want to learn so much more - consequently have signed up for my next course already.
A Dru workshop is always a joy and a treat. Total rejuvenation in a bite sized piece!

What I'll take from today's yoga postgrad workshop:- Underpinning the true purpose of yoga - to develop a relationship with the Self that exists deeply within. Loved the relaxations, especially 'Waves of Peace'. The pancha koshas provide us with a road map for better understanding of our psychological and spiritual development.
There was lots of variation, some easy, some more challenging. Lots of explanation about how to move and the theory behind the moves. I love to know stuff :).

With goodness, well meaning and sincere feelings

I feel like this course is enabling me to discover myself, module by module - whether I wanted it or not deep soul searching is ensured and a new ‘me’ is emerging.
The workshop had a lovely atmosphere. I liked that we are encouraged to work within our personal limits and not over-push ourselves. Kind and gentle vibes. I particularly liked Padma's pear tree as so new and different. The workshop was well organised. A lovely focus on relaxation and breaking down postures into little bite size pieces. All the teachers had their own stye that worked positively to create a positive whole experience.
