Feeling a sense of purpose is such a crucial part of manifesting your dream – it keeps you motivated and engaged. Doing the power walk each day will also really help you to stay motivated.
Even if you haven’t got to many of the videos yet, don’t worry – you have a lifetime’s access to them so can watch them when you have a bit more time.
Actually, preparing for new beginings with the Dreams course is the ideal way to start the day, week, or even your new year celebration. There are always opportunities for new beginings and so I hope you will enjoy yours.
The theme this week is all about goals and I take you through a clear 10-step process that will help you with successful goal setting. It’s a systematic process that will keep you firmly on track on your journey to achieving your dreams.
Also this week, Savitri looks at habits of success, showing you how to overcome those self-sabotaging patterns we all have. She explains that 90-95% of what we do is habit and shows us how we can break those habits that are unhelpful to us and replace them with those that will carry us towards our dreams.
