This video is a celebration of much that we love about Dru - doing yoga in amazing places, meeting great people and then touching a piece of the infinite with them.
Most of this is filmed in our Nant Ffrancon valley, in Northern Snowdonia, Wales. It’s the home of Dru Yoga and in seeing these scenes perhaps you can imagine our offices are sometimes inexplicably empty. How could anyone resist walking out of the office on a sunny day and heading across the valley for some serious worklife balance: yoga or meditation in our stunning mountain scenery?
Of course, we can't claim the beach and forest scenes are in Snowdonia - we wish! They're some of our favourite filming locations in Australia - the NSW central coast and Blue Mountains.
We hope the video brings a bit of peace and inspiration to your day - our intention was to give you something you could put on in the background to inspire you about the beauty of our world.
