Easing Back Pain Series: Class 3

This third class in the series is a very strong back strengthening class. Only practise this once your back pain has resolved.

The whole three classes are a good prevention program to maintain a strong, healthy pain free back.

Annie takes you through EBR 1, the Sun Sequence (Surya Namaskara), the Sitting Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana), the Locust (Salabhasana) and completes with Makrasana (the Crocodile) and the child to stretch out your back. Enjoy!!

Thank you Annie & Coby. I have tought your six weeks programm to my-workers and they loved it. Very good programm for the beginners and back back problems I have been doing Yoga for 10 years but coming back to basics improved my back as well. Thank you

Annie Still think druonline is fabulous, aspecially when you are doing the commentary as we alwaqys get a laugh as well----think is quite amazing last week 1 of my asanas for the class was the warrior and that is what was on screen when I switched, and today is was the half spinal twist and guess that is 1 I have prepared for this week's classes Big Yoga Hug to you DOREEN x
