Trim & Fit Series: Class 1

 -
Duration:
60 mins

Join Annie and Coby in this, the first in a three part series to help you keep Trim and Fit!

This session is designed to warm the body using a more dynamic style of movement and repetition. The dynamic flowing movements will improve circulation, free the spine, calm the mind and emotions and increase your metabolism.

The main Sacro-Lumbar Release will create flow, allowing you to experience greater stillness in the Dru Salutation that follows.

The Moving Space Sequence will create space in the mind and emotions, and finally the Deep Relaxation will free deep muscular tension leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed after your class.

Great start to the day! I love the more aerobic EBR1 and reminder of the sacral lumbar movements. All of it was so welcome. Thanks, Annie.

Thank you Annie. That was wonderful. The first time in a long time I have completed a whole hour of yoga. Very enjoyable and relaxing.

Oh Annie! I love this! Thank you so much for offering me ebr1 as a 'flow'. I am a Dru Yoga Teacher in Mackay, and as I am the only Dru Teacher, I yearn for a class where I am the student so your (and Coby's) classes are heaven on a stick for me! I also managed to weave your activations and sequences into my class. Thanks again and please keep giving us these wonderful online classes. Sue
