The rotation releases and stimulates the spinal nerves and improves functioning of all the organs. The digestive system is supported, easing conditions such as constipation. The stretch to the upper body improves breathing conditions such as asthma. Stretching the hamstrings will improve long hours of sitting at desks. Simply feel refreshed and invigorated.
