Dru Yoga Online Studio

Dru Yoga Online is a fantastic resource for yoga teachers, offering quality and variety, with themed six week courses and newly updated classes every two weeks. 

Filmed at the Dru Yoga Centre in Snowdonia National Park as well as on the beaches of Australia, these online classes can be watched as many times as you like allowing you to improve and refine your practice.  Take a look at one of our classes here.

Expert Dru Yoga teachers from around the world guide you through a variety of Dru activations, sequences and postures, as well as introduce you to Dru Meditation and Dru Sound.  You will get new ideas for lesson plans, teaching methods and modifying postures to keep you fresh and inspired!

1. Join the DPN and login to the "members only" area to access the "Dru Online Studio for members".

2. Subscribe to the Dru Online Studio and set up a PayPal subscription where you get the first four months Free.

3. Then log-in to Dru Yoga Online and enjoy your free subscription for four months (save $77)! 

4. After 4 months of FREE classes you can decide if you would like to continue with a paid subscription at a reduced DPN rate.
