I’ve been teaching a Friday morning class for 11 years which has been incredibly rewarding. Teaching has helped keep me fit and able to work in property development as I suffer from back and neck issues. I love to pass on my back care tips and to share the magic of yoga. I have a wonderful group of regular ladies who I have missed greatly due to recent restrictions. However I am now wishing to commence teaching them again whilst also expanding my classes by offering more morning and evening options.
Friendly classes suitable for all ages and abilities to help stretch,tone and relax.
Held in a beautifully renovated studio in Huntly, Aberdeenshire.
