I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching Dru Yoga since 2008. My classes in the villages of Symington and Loan, Ayrshire and online via Zoom, are extremely friendly & everyone is made very welcome, regardless of ability. In 2016 I began learning Chi Gong, which flows beautifully with Dru Yoga.
