I have been practicing Dru Yoga for over 10 years now and have witnessed the incredible changes it has made in my life firstly from attending Dru classes and then from training as a Dru Yoga teacher at the home of Dru in Wales. I am now part of the small but amazing team that brought Dru Yoga Teacher Training courses to New Zealand.

I have personal experience and a special interest in yoga for hypermobility, back care and neurological conditions. As well as teaching yoga I practice as a pranic healer and a MCKS pranic healing instructor.
