Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in United Kingdom
I love the way Dru yoga makes me feel, especially the effect on my emotions and motivation; the energy block releases and some of the sequences are really good at this. I like working with people who have extra physical or emotional needs and would like to work in partnership with other organisations to run specialist classes. I sent one of my students, who has COPD, some instructions for pranayama, or breathing exercises, and she said "... it was my whole body that seemed to benefit from the yoga as well as the breathing".
Evening class at the Church of the Nazarene, Morrison's car park, Morley, Wednesday 7.30-8.45, £6.00; "Reset Sundays" - a slightly more spiritual class on the first Sunday morning of the month - contact me to check it is running. I deliberately like to keep my classes small so that my students aren't 'lost in the crowd', and like to give students a bit of everything and occasionally even do a little bit of meditation, but my classes tend to be more relaxing and spiritual than just a good stretch.
