Yoga became my friend and rock in 2003, helping me to recover fully from Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and Breast Cancer.
After having to face these serious, life-changing illnesses, I know how important relaxation is for your body and mind to find your “stillpoint” and to give your body time to start activating its own healing system again.
That’s why I decided to study Dru Yoga and why I want to teach and help people with similar experiences to get better and start living a balanced and empowered life.
Dru Yoga offers both, safe and flowing movements and long relaxations for your body, mind and spirit to absorb the goodness of a Dru yoga class.
In my Dru Yoga classes, I create a personal Yoga experience caring for your body, mind and soul.
* Based on the gentle flowing style of Dru Yoga, every movement or yoga posture starts at its easiest version and always takes particular care of your spine and back.
* At the end of every Yoga class is a guided relaxation, allowing your body, mind and soul to rejuvenate, balance and align.
* Chair Yoga sessions or one-on-one yoga sessions are available on request.
