Yoga became my friend and rock in 2003, helping me to recover fully from Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and Breast Cancer.
After having to face these serious, life-changing illnesses, I know how important relaxation is for your body and mind to find your “stillpoint” and to give your body time to start activating its own healing system again.
In my Yoga classes, I share my knowledge and wisdom with my students, empowering them to make practical and mindful choices to create a healthy, balanced and joyful life.
I offer small Dru Yoga classes for up to 5 students. This allows me to support students with their special movement needs.
* Based on the gentle flowing style of Dru Yoga, every movement or yoga posture starts at its easiest version and always takes particular care of your spine and back.
* At the end of every Yoga class is a guided relaxation, allowing your body, mind and soul to rejuvenate, balance and align.
* Chair Yoga sessions or one-on-one yoga sessions are available on request.
