Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in United Kingdom
I have been practising different forms of yoga for many years. In Dru i found an amazing form of yoga. Not only is it safe, but everyone can have a go! It works on the physical and subtle bodies, and gives you tools to deal with daily life issues. It also takes you further. It energises you, and leaves yo feeling restored.
I am passionate about offering an environment where people feel empowered to achieve their potential and find their silent space within, whilst they are having lots of fun!
Classes are;
In my studio in Pool in Wharfedale on Mondays and Thursdays 7-8.15 pm
In St Wilfrid's Church Hall in HARROGATE on Monday 2-3.15 pm and Wednesday 4-5.15 pm
