Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in Coventry Warwickshire United Kingdom
I am a Dru Yoga and Meditation teacher. I love all aspects of Dru as it is extremely therapeutic in a variety of ways for all attendees and for me too. My yoga classes run for 90 mins and it includes a 20 min healing relaxation. Classes begin with activations to 'get you and your mind into the room', an Energy Block release sequence, some yoga postures and pranayama (breathing exercises).
I have three yoga classes at present and all are on Zoom.
Monday morning from 9.30-11.0 a great start to the week.
Wednesday evening from 6-7.30 a good preparation for a really deep sleep later.
Thursday afternoon from 4.30-6 and an excellent preparation for a lovely calm and tranquil evening.
Comments from my yogis include:"I feel so light after the class", "I sleep so well after yoga", "my anxiety levels have improved," I feel so calm and peaceful after class", "I feel energised and peaceful".
