I love Dru Yoga because it is specifically designed to work with your body rather than against it, so regardless of flexibility and fitness everyone can benefit. It is the perfect antidote to the stresses of modern life.
I qualified as a Dru Yoga teacher in 2010 and without a doubt the most satisfying aspect of teaching is hearing students say how well they sleep, how they move more easily and that aches have eased after attending class. My aim is for students to leave class feeling relaxed, refreshed and replenished.
On a personal level I have found Dru Yoga to be an incredible tool to help me take control over all aspects of my life and support my physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well-being.

I offer 1-1 and private classes tailored to the interests and needs of participants incorporating the classic Dru components of activations to energise the body followed by flowing sequence and posture work and completing with a guided relaxation. Additional elements to strengthen and stretch individual or muscle groups or to develop balance are often included along with simple breathing practices to improve lung function and guided meditations to bring a sense of peace, stillness and well-being.
My aim is for students to feel supported in working with, rather than against their own bodies so that they can fully honour themselves and to leave class feeling relaxed, refreshed and replenished.
