I enjoy bringing Dru Yoga to the Seville and Monbulk areas. For the past few years I have been working through the Seville Community House. I also recently began to work for myself and do occasional classes in Monbulk 'by appointment'. I now rent the Seville Public Hall for my group class. I love to introduce the 'sounds of nature' into my classes through music, due to the healing, nurturing and relaxation qualities it brings to the students. It is amazing to see how practice of Dru Yoga improves the health considerations of all my students and it is this, that brings me the greatest joy.
Dru Yoga is the most amazing yoga for all ages and health considerations. Learn to gently stretch, release and restore whilst harnessing the breath. Emphasis is on 'good posture and strong core stability'. Each Dru class of 1.5 hours is supported with the gentle flowing 'music of nature' to further enhance the healing and nurturing qualities on mind, body and spirit. Many of my students report improved sleep patterns, greater spinal flexibility and increased ability to relax and restore. Their favourite experience is the various Dru Relaxations. My classes generally run during the 4 Australian School Terms, although this year I am teaching through some school term breaks. Please check with Seville Community House, below, for any variations.
