Naomi is an experienced Dru yoga teacher, Dru yoga therapist and Dru breath coach specialising in back care and wellbeing.
Dru is a graceful, therapeutic form of yoga based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. Dru works on body, mind and spirit, improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability and building a heightened feeling of wellbeing as it deeply relaxes and rejuvenates from the inside out.
