My classes enjoy an activation, followed by an energy block release or lovely gentle flowing sequence plus body preps and postures or posture based sequences and we end with a calming, nurturing relaxation. I love Dru yoga myself and want to share its benefits with others.
Lenzie Union Parish Church Hall, Thursday evenings 7.30pm until 9pm. Lovely friendly class. Beginners and experienced welcome.
Also, Thursday morning 11am until 12.30pm and afternoon 1pm until 2.30 at Auchinloch Bowling Club. Beautiful bright room with an open outlook. Lovely class. All working at their own personal level so again, beginners or experienced welcome.
