Originally introduced to yoga by a primary school teacher, I have dabbled in various types over the years, but found myself coming back time and time again to Dru. Working in health and wellbeing roles I am keen to share its benefits with others and in addition to my local evening class I run work based sessions.
Monday sessions at Shawlands Bowling Club continuing through autumn 2017.
Welcome from 7.15pm with class running from 7.30 - 8.30pm. Relaxed, small, informal and friendly sessions. You don't need any previous experience or expensive yoga clothes. Just wear comfortable loose clothing (t-shirt and joggers will do) - and bring along a bottle of water. I have spare mats.
Sep - 11th and 18th (not 25th as it's September weekend) - standing postures and sequences which promote balance, clarity and confidence.
Oct - 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th - with a particular focus on looking after our backs.
Nov - 6th, 20th and 27th - gentle sequences and deep relaxation as winter develops further and our need for comfort increases.
£7 drop in or £25 for 5 classes.
