I'm a mature, active, country minded, early 70's yogi !! Most mornings I do some yoga.
I'm rather social and enjoy sports.
Having discovered yoga (Dru) in my early 60's, - I became invigorated and bitten by the bug! This led to starting and completing the Dru teacher training course. Now I'm teaching Dru and loving every minute of it, - seeing the enjoyment and fulfilment of students as they develop and my own enjoyment in teaching - giving something which I'm passionate about.
