Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in United Kingdom
My Dru Yoga teacher training started in 2002 in Snowdonia, completing the course in 2005. In addition to the teacher training course, I also have a diploma in Dru Yoga for Back Care and Wellbeing. I am presently taking a Yin Yoga teacher training course.
The classes are very much based on the main Dru principles, with mindful, flowing movemements and using the breath. I love to use music in my classes and like to be creative in putting together sequences of movements to fit inspiring music. The sessions are quite gentle but feedback from some of my students is that they really feel they’ve worked their muscles without strain.
