I started my Dru Yoga teacher training in 2002 in Snowdonia, completing the course in 2005 and have been teaching Dru Yoga ever since. I’ve also done some Dru Dance training, which something I also love to do. To complement my classes and for personal development I have completed a foundation course Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, which I would like to build on.
The classes are very much based on the main Dru principles, with mindful, flowing movememnts snd using the breath. I love to use music in my classes and like to be creative in putting together sequences of movements to fit inspiring music. The sessions are quite gentle but feedback from some of my students is that they really feel they’ve worked their muscles without strain.
