I am a Childbirth Educator and Dru Yoga teacher specializing in pre and post natal yoga as well as Active Birth Workshops. I have been involved in the birth field for 30 years and have a background in primary school teaching, Massage Therapy, Yoga, Hypnotherapy, counselling and childbirth education.
I am passionate about teaching gentle yoga together with birthing skills and knowledge that will help women to feel empowered and confident. I love supporting new mums as they navigate the journey of motherhood. Dru Yoga is a gentle, yet powerful practice and can help to create a positive mindset towards not only birth, but life.

About my classes...

Women join my Prenatal classes to slow down, connect with their inner wisdom and resources as well as become informed about all important aspects of giving birth. They give feedback that the classes helped them to have the birth they wanted and find the strength and courage they needed. Mums & bubs Yoga classes gently re-train the core muscles, reduce fatigue and stress and offer non-judgmental, compassionate support within the group. Active Birth Workshops for couples prepare partners to be fantastic support during labour. Classes are both face to face (Pearce, Weston and Tuggeranong), live-streamed with zoom or pre-recorded on-line. Prenatal yoga can be started at 12 weeks of pregnancy and Mums & Bubs six weeks after your baby is born. There is an emphasis on connection and support in all the classes as well as extensive resources such as further information, relaxations and meditations
