Anouschka

DYTT tutor, Dru Dance tutor & therapist

I have been teaching yoga for over 15 years and in that time have come to love the flowing movements of Dru Dance as well as the stillness of yoga nidra or "yogic sleep".

I am also one of the main people behind the scenes at the Dru Yoga Online Studio. I've been filming, editing, scripting, designing, building the Studio many years! I also teach on our teacher training courses here in North Wales as well as our Dru Dance retreats and Dance Teacher Training courses.

One of the things that really fascinates me is the grace and flow of energy though Dru Yoga and through Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Energy Field Healing. Energy awareness a powerful medium for healing and self-transformation especially when you can consciously direct your energy, thoughts and emotions.
