Some of the kindest, most inspiring people I have ever come across. I am leaving with a whole new family unit and support network.
You’ll make friends who will last the rest of your life and become really self aware in what you want to do in your life and how to reach your goals.
I first came on the youth course when I was 14 and I’ve just kept coming since then. The youth course has totally shaped who I am, my confidence and my identity, not only through the things we’ve learned but also from the amazing people I’ve met.
You make friends with all the different types of people who will last a lifetime, and have experiences and memories which you will remember forever. It was honestly the best time I could have had with me being so open
I think this course offers so many amazing life skills that everyone deserves to know.
I have been doing Dru yoga along with my husband Alan Inglis for a number of years now and go to his classes. I have to say that Dru helped me get my strength and walking ability back after a very severe illness. I am a true fan.
Discovering the love inside is amazing, discovering how to help others to discover that love inside themselves is stunning.
Dru is the power tool I use to clear the debris from my body and mind.
If you want to physically strengthen your body and emotionally enhance your mind, Dru Yoga will give you the tools to take into your daily life and help you cope with the stresses of modern living.
