Congratulations on reaching this stage of your certification process! This assessment consists of two steps: passing a quiz and recording three videos of yourself teaching three different breathing practices.

The quiz has been designed to test your understanding of the theory covered in the breath coach training course. In order to successfully complete the certification process and receive your certification, you must score 100% on the quiz.

The quiz comprises 34 multiple-choice questions, and to answer each question, you need to select the right answer from the options provided. There is only one correct answer for each question.

Only after passing the quiz you can move on to the practical assessment of recording yourself teaching the 3 breathing practices and submitting them. Simply follow the next steps and guidance in this section.
